These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Planido mobile application and website (the “Service”), provided by SMMDIA LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the Service in your country.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the tasks, lists and other content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service (for example, to store and sync your content and share it with a partner you invite).
5. Subscriptions & payments
Some features require a paid subscription (“Premium”). Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store and may renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. AI assistant
The AI assistant generates suggestions automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing its output before relying on it.
7. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMMDIA LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
